Larry graduate from Benson High School in 1963. After a brief semester at UNO, he joined his dad, Richard at the family printing company. Richard died from lung cancer in 1966 and Larry has owned Unionist Printing ever since.
“54 years in the printing industry has taught me that no two projects or customer are alike. That’s what makes the printing business interesting.”
Larry met his wife Sharon (Ahlstrom) in 1965 and they married in 1968. They have 3 children and 9 grandchildren.

Sharon graduated from Benson High School in 1966 and worked from Mutual of Omaha until 1972. After marrying her husband, Larry, in 1968 she took on the role of stay-at-home mom. She began working at Unionist Printing in 1984.
Sharon in invaluable at Unionist Printing. Sharon wears many hats at Unionist including accounting, mailing, bindery while greeting every customer who calls or comes into the shop with a laugh or a smile.

Scott started working at Unionist Printing when he got out of the service in 1993. He later married his wife, Maureen, in 2005.
He is the proud, third generation Maupin to work at Unionist and has hopes that one of his five kids will be the fourth. He has 3 associates degrees from Metro Community College and is a proud member of IAFF 385.

Maureen, a Omaha native, graduated from the University Of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in creative writing and a minor in english. When Maureen got all of her kids to school, she officially joined the Unionist crew in October of 2019. She is learning the garment side of the business, and currently runs the heat transfer machine.
Maureen is mom to 5 great kids- Madeline, Evelynn, Jesalynn, Will and Cooper. When not at Unionist, Maureen enjoys sewing and word puzzles.

Makes awesome Chilli
Kristi has an exercise science degree and owned her own fitness and wellness studio for eight years. She now works part-time in bindery, mailing, and accounting at Unionist.
Kristi and her husband, Eric, have two boys and enjoy the “rural life” on over 50 acres of property. In Kristi’s free time she teaches gardening classes at local schools.

Art is from Tucson, Arizona and moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 2006. He has been in the printing industry for 20 years, two of which has been with Unionist Printing. He takes pride in putting the finishing touches on each project for the customers.
Art and his wife, Lea, have three young kids who they enjoy spending time with. When he is not chasing his kids around, he loves to spend time taking care of his lawn, garden, and multiple flower beds in his yard.

Mackenzie is from Gretna, Nebraska. She graduated from Wayne State College with a degree in Bachelor’s of Art in Graphic Design and a Studio Art minor. Mackenzie started at Unionist Printing in April 2021. Mackenzie enjoys meeting and interacting with all the Unionist Printing customers.
Mackenzie enjoys being active, traveling and hanging out with family and friends. Mackenzie enjoys watching and participating in sports. Her favorite teams include Duke, and Nebraska. In Mackenzie’s free time she serves on the Advisory Board for a National Non-Profit called Operation Teammate. Which provides memorable sporting experiences to military children through impactful athlete interaction.
